August 2005 Rowers from around the province participated in the 2005 Canada Games. Our athletes participated in several training camps this past year and participated in several regattas before attending the Canada Games. The teams rowed a 1000 meter course and were very well represented in all categories entered as there were 11 crews, with nine of them making the A Finals. Medals were received for the men's Lightweight 4, Men's Four without 4-. Congratulations to all our rowers, coaching staff, and manager for an exceptional job and the hard work that went into extensive training to make Team New Brunswick what it is today.
